1 GENERAL INFORMATION

1. Major Visas will always aim to process an application according to a clients request, however it is the clients responsibility to produce all the correct documents requested that will cover the intended visa.
2. Major Visas is not responsible for Major Visas Client Forms incorrectly completed.
3. Major Visas will follow the instructions and applicable charges will be charged.
4. Major Visas will not be responsible for any of the following occurring at embassies/consulates: additional documents requested, fee changes, loss or damage to either passports or documents, refusal to accept applications, issue of incorrect visas,delays and process time changes.
5. Major Visas will not be responsible for delays and/or extra expences occurred with incomplete and/or false information with regards to application forms and/or documents. In cases where a client is refused a visa by the relevant embassy/consulate, the client is still liable to pay Major Travel fees and, where applicable, any fees levied by the embassy/consulate to consider the application
6. Major Visas reserves the right to rufuse any application received.

2 PROCESSING VISAS

3 LOSS OR DAMAGE

1. Major Travel is not responsible for items misplaced, damaged or destroyed by a consulate/embassy.
2. In the event that a passport/document is mislaid whilst in the possession of Major Travel, Major Travel will only be responsible for the basic replacement cost of said item. Damages in any one event will be limited to a maximum of £150.00 per passport.
3. Major Travel is not responsible for any expences incurred by the client due to delays or non-issuance and suggest purchasing flights and accommodation after the visa is issued. Where documentation is required for a visa, open tickets should be obtained.

4 FEES AND PAYMENTS

1. Major Visas Service Fee is charged per person and does not include embassy/consulate fees.
2. Major Visas Service Fee is a process fee and includes checking all documentation, courier to and from the embassy/consulate and checking the visa issued. Where required, additional fees will be charged for multiple couriers to attend an embassy/consulate. All such charges will be discussed with the client beforehand.

4. Major Visas Service Fee and postage) only on completion of the process. Major Visas will charge a minimum of £10.00 per application for cancellations. All fee disputes must be notified in writing within 14 days of invoice date.
5. Major Visas reserves the right to retain all passports and documents until payment of the afore mentioned amounts are received in full.

5 POSTAGE

1. Major Visas will use Royal Mail Special Delivery, unless instructed otherwise, to return important documents and passports. Terms and conditions for Royal Mail are per published literature and can be found at www.royalmail.com.
2. Major Travel accepts no liability for loss or delays incurred when using third party delivery companies

6 MAJOR TRAVEL & MAJOR VISAS (ASSOCIATION)

1. You may well have booked a holiday with Major Travel and then asked Major Visas to process a Visa for you. If for any reason the application is denied, or for any reason the application was not processed Major Travel will not compensate the client for the holiday they have booked. Both purchases must be treated as completely separate.
